  • It renews automatically. The same amount is charged on the same day each month, until you cancel. No contract, no minimum term.
  • Cancel online, any time, from your account page — that stops the next charge.
  • After you cancel, alerts run to the end of the month you have already paid for, then stop. Your account, watchlists and history stay.
  • Charges already taken are not refunded — including the month you are standing in, and one you did not use.
  • Launch price. Pro's first month is $1 and Pro+'s is $4, once per account; after that the regular price applies. We email you five days before the first full-price charge. Any other price change is emailed 30 days ahead.
The full billing rules
  • Cancel from your account page or by email. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that.
  • Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not return the last one — including a period you did not use.
  • First exception — we failed to deliver. If the alerts you were entitled to did not go out, we refund that period. Not on the grounds that an alert turned out to be a bad buy — every number here is an estimate and the disclaimer says so.
  • Second exception — the category filled. Seats are capped per category. If one fills while you are paying, we cancel the subscription and refund that charge in full rather than seat you over the cap, and send you the waitlist link.
  • If a payment fails, you keep access for 7 days while we email you to update the card. After that the account drops to free and its seats are released — nothing is deleted.
  • Any rate change is emailed at least 30 days before it takes effect.
  • The full wording is in the billing terms, which governs if these two ever disagree.
